Increases small claims court jurisdiction for actions brought by natural persons from $10,000 to $12,500 (Section 116.221).

Increases the threshold for limited civil cases from $25,000 to $35,000 across multiple code sections, including general civil cases, dissolutions of partnership, interpleader actions, forcible detainer, and lien enforcement (Sections 85, 86, 86.1).

Updates small claims court jurisdiction limits for various specialized actions to $6,250, including recovery of money, delinquent personal property taxes, writs of possession, and attorney fee arbitration (Section 116.220).

Raises the limited civil case threshold to $35,000 for proceedings involving Food and Agricultural Code violations, sister state judgments, tribal court judgments, and surplus proceeds from trustee sales (Sections 2924j, 1710.20, 1733, 7581, 12647, 27601, 52514, 53564).

Modifies bail forfeiture appeal procedures so appeals are treated as limited civil cases when the amount in controversy does not exceed $35,000 (Section 1305.5 of Penal Code).
