Requires state agencies that fund, implement, or administer homelessness or housing assistance programs to submit annual reports to specified legislative committees beginning December 30, 2024, and every December 30 thereafter.

Report must include tracking of program fund expenditures by eligible use category, current fund status, number of individuals served, and demographic information.

Report must include types of housing assistance provided, outcome data showing housing exits, percentage of successful placements, and reasons for unsuccessful exits.

Allows state agencies to request cities, counties, or city-counties that received state funds for these programs to provide the required information to the agency.

Exempts federally funded programs with requirements that conflict with the reporting requirements.
