Requires the Governor's office to maintain a publicly accessible website list of all state boards and commissions, including membership, stated purpose, duties, meeting frequency, website, and vacancies, beginning January 1, 2026.

Mandates the Governor's office to publish an annual report by January 1, 2027, and each January 1 thereafter, containing aggregate demographic information of gubernatorial appointments made in the previous calendar year.

Specifies that demographic information includes voluntarily self-reported ethnicity, gender, gender identity, disability status, region, party affiliation, sexual orientation, and veteran status of appointed individuals.
