Requires California State University to submit an annual report to the Legislature by December 1 each year detailing sexual harassment investigations and outcomes.

Report must include the number of sexual harassment reports and formal complaints filed, disaggregated by individual campus and the chancellor's office.

Report must document investigation timelines from complaint filing to investigation commencement (in categories ranging from less than two weeks to more than 18 months) and from investigation start to completion (in categories ranging from less than six months to more than 18 months).

Report must include the number of hearings conducted and their outcomes, categorized as informal resolutions, final administrative decisions rendered, or decisions pending.

California State University must post all annual reports on its internet website for public access.
