Requires the Department of Human Resources to review the Personnel Classification Plan by January 1, 2026, and identify civil service classes compatible with waiving the bachelor's degree requirement for veterans.

Applies the waiver to veterans who served at the E-6 military pay grade or higher for more than 2 years.

Mandates that beginning July 1, 2026, the department waive bachelor's degree minimum qualifications for eligible veterans in identified civil service examination classes.
