Creates the Wildfire Smoke and Health Outcomes Data Act requiring the State Department of Public Health to establish a statewide integrated wildfire smoke and health data platform by July 1, 2026.

Requires the data platform to integrate wildfire smoke and health data from multiple federal, state, and local databases using standardized formats to track air pollution concentrations, population exposure to smoke, and adverse health outcomes.

Directs the State Department of Public Health to develop protocols for data sharing, quality control, open-source platforms, methodological guidelines for estimating smoke impacts, and smoke emission inventories by January 1, 2026.

Creates the Wildfire Smoke and Health Administration Fund to provide funding to state agencies for collection, management, and improvement of wildfire smoke and health data.

Authorizes state agencies to utilize data from existing sources, including open source and external data, and allows voluntary donations to the fund from individuals, institutions, corporations, and organizations.
