Creates an internet website by January 1, 2026 through the California Health and Human Services Agency to provide information and resources for transgender, gender diverse, and intersex individuals and families accessing trans-inclusive health care and support services in California.

Website must include federal and state protections for TGI individuals, directories of providers offering gender-affirming services, payment support resources, complaint processes, descriptions of trans-inclusive health care, and resources for hate crime victims.

Requires the agency to consult with subject matter experts from TGI communities, the Civil Rights Department, and the Department of Justice when developing the website content.

Website must have mobile capabilities, comply with federal accessibility standards under Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and be maintained with annual reviews to ensure information is current; must comply with the Dymally-Alatorre Bilingual Services Act for language accessibility.

Authorizes the agency to accept donations for website support and maintenance, with funds available upon legislative appropriation.
