Requires the Department of Justice to include staffing information for firearms dealer and ammunition vendor inspections in its annual firearms report to the Legislature.

Mandates detailed inspection data including dealer/vendor names, violations identified, resolution status, fines, and reinspection dates for each inspection conducted.

Requires reporting on handgun roster information including total handguns listed, additions, removals with reasons, and denials with reasons.

First report due by July 1, 2025, must include inspection and roster data from January 1, 2020, through December 31, 2024; subsequent annual reports must cover the previous calendar year.

Directs inclusion of inspection-related metrics such as hours spent, background checks processed, traced firearms, and reported lost or stolen firearms in the annual legislative report.
