Designates the State Route 60, 215/91, 215 Separation (Bridge Number 56-0402) where State Highway Routes 60 and 91 meet Interstate 215 in Riverside County as the Joseph Tavaglione Memorial Interchange.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signs showing this special designation and erect them upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources.

Honors Joseph Tavaglione, who served as the longest-serving member of the California Transportation Commission after his appointment in October 2002 and resigned on July 1, 2024, after over 21 years of service.

Recognizes Tavaglione's impact directing billions of dollars to Riverside County transportation projects and his work on regionally significant projects including the SR 91/SR 60/I-215 Interchange, I-15 Express Lanes, and Metrolink projects.
