Honors Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer, a 30-year-old Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department officer who was shot on September 16, 2023, in Palmdale and died from his injuries

Recognizes Clinkunbroomer's eight years of law enforcement service as a fourth-generation family member in the Sheriff's Department and his role as a field training officer

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of memorial signs and erect them upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover expenses

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies to the Director of Transportation and the bill's author for appropriate distribution
