Directs the Secretary of State to withdraw Senate Constitutional Amendment No. 2 of the 2021–22 Regular Session from consideration by California voters.

The amendment that would be withdrawn relates to public housing projects.

Withdrawal is authorized under Section 1 of Article XVIII of the California Constitution, which allows the Legislature to withdraw constitutional amendments in the same manner as proposing them.

Requires two-thirds of the membership of both the Senate and Assembly to concur with the withdrawal.

The Senate Secretary must transmit a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of State.
