Acknowledges Biden's career achievements including 36 years as U.S. Senator from Delaware, Vice President under Barack Obama, and his presidency beginning January 20, 2021

Recognizes Biden's legislative accomplishments including the $1.2 trillion Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, the Inflation Reduction Act (largest climate investment in history), and the Violence Against Women Act

Highlights Biden's pandemic response efforts that achieved 81 percent vaccination rate nationally and his efforts to make prescription drugs more affordable, including capping insulin at $35 monthly for seniors

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the author for appropriate distribution
