Removes "being defiled" from the crime of compelling a person to marry, and specifies the forced marriage crime applies equally regardless of the victim's age at the time of the forced marriage

Beginning January 1, 2027, courts may grant permission for victims of forced marriage to file for nullity beyond the standard 4-year filing period upon showing good cause

Requires the Judicial Council to modify or develop forms necessary to implement the extended filing period provisions for forced marriage nullity petitions

Amends Penal Code Section 265 to use gender-neutral language ("a person" instead of "a woman") for the crime of compelling marriage by force, menace, or duress
