Requires the Superintendent of Public Instruction to develop and post guidance and a list of statewide resources for preventing teen dating violence on the California Department of Education's website by July 1, 2026

Mandates that each county office of education, school district, and charter school serving grades 7-12 post the teen dating violence prevention guidance and resources on their websites by January 1, 2027

Creates a state-mandated local program by imposing new duties on local educational agencies, with reimbursement for costs to be made if the Commission on State Mandates determines costs are mandated by the state

Adds Section 234.55 to the Education Code under the existing Safe Place to Learn Act framework
