Increases the entry fee threshold for one-day equine events subject to state regulation from $4.99 to $15 for single class entry fees

Raises the threshold for other fees (ground fees, stall fees, etc.) from $19.99 to $60 before events fall under state oversight

Authorizes the Secretary of Food and Agriculture to further increase these fee thresholds by regulation, in consultation with the advisory committee

Applies to public equine events including cutting horse competitions, endurance riding competitions, competitive trail competitions, and public horse sales
