Requires the Department of Transportation to conduct a highway safety study specifically on State Highway Route 74 by December 31, 2027

Study must collect 10 years of data including accidents (fatal and nonfatal), 911 calls for tire blowouts from poor road conditions, truck tractor incidents, Vehicle Code citations including weight-limit violations, injuries/fatalities, and brake failure accidents

Study must identify transportation corridors used to bypass enforcement facilities, resulting dangers and hazards from bypassing, and hot spots on those corridors

Department must develop recommendations to improve safety on State Highway Route 74, including addressing enforcement facility bypassing on other roadways through increased enforcement, road safety projects, and maintenance projects

Findings and recommendations must be reported to the Legislature by December 31, 2027, with the provisions repealing on January 1, 2029
