Increases the maximum financial compensation for private landowners participating in the SHARE program from $30 to $52 per acre, and from $50 to $87 per public participant per day, with annual inflation adjustments starting in 2026

Changes the Department of Fish and Wildlife's authority to make grants to nonprofit conservation organizations and other entities from permissive ("may") to mandatory ("shall") when the department finds such grants necessary for the SHARE program

Authorizes the department to reimburse nonprofit organizations, private landowners, and other entities for costs or services related to implementing the SHARE program

Requires the Director of Fish and Wildlife to submit a written report to the Legislature by October 1, 2029 evaluating the effects of program changes, including landowner participation, acreage availability, and hunter/angler participation data

These enhanced provisions sunset on January 1, 2031, at which point the compensation caps revert to the original $30 per acre and $50 per participant levels
