Authorizes the Administrative Director of the Division of Workers' Compensation to require cannabis businesses licensed under MAUCRSA to provide proof of workers' compensation coverage, including policy declarations and attachments

Allows the administrative director to require cannabis employers using temporary or staffing agencies to obtain and submit proof of workers' compensation coverage for those agency workers

Permits the administrative director to establish a compliance schedule with specific deadlines for when cannabis licensees must submit proof of coverage

Requires the administrative director to provide assistance to employers unable to obtain workers' compensation insurance and allows 30-day deadline extensions for compliance

Exempts cannabis employers who secure workers' compensation coverage under this section from civil or criminal penalties for any prior failure to maintain coverage

Authorizes the administrative director to contract with agents who must establish networks of service vendors including insurance carriers, banks, and professional employer organizations to help cannabis businesses comply
