Ticket sellers and resellers for sporting, musical, theatre, or entertainment events at venues with capacity over 1,000 must offer consumers the option to purchase an all-day transit ticket from a transit provider serving the venue at the time of ticket purchase

The transit ticket purchase option must be listed first on any website that also offers private vehicle parking options for the event

Ticket sellers, resellers, or transit agencies may charge consumers a fee reasonably related to the actual cost of software revisions needed to implement the transit ticket option

The Department of Transportation must prepare a study on additional transit sales generated by these requirements and report findings to the Legislature by December 31, 2032

Violations of these requirements do not constitute a criminal misdemeanor, unlike other ticket seller regulations
