Data must include arrests for human trafficking violations (Penal Code Section 236.1) and the number of reported human trafficking victims

Information will be collected through the California Incident-Based Reporting System from local law enforcement agencies

Imposes a state-mandated local program requiring local law enforcement to collect and report additional human trafficking data to the Attorney General

Provides for state reimbursement to local agencies if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates mandated costs
