Updates statutory cancellation notice language to specify that buyers may cancel by email, mail, fax, or delivery to the contractor

Maintains existing cancellation periods: 3 business days (standard), 5 business days (senior citizens), and 7 business days (disaster-related repairs under declared emergencies)
