Modifies fire safety equipment requirements for industrial operations using internal combustion engines on or near forest, brush, or grass-covered land between April 1 and December 1

Replaces the requirement for a "sealed box" of tools with a "dedicated set" of tools that must be accessible within the operating area in case of fire

Changes fire extinguisher requirement from "one backpack pump-type fire extinguisher filled with water" to "a sufficient number of fire extinguishers"

Requires enough total firefighting tools (fire extinguishers, axes, McLeod fire tools, and shovels) so that when combined with other tools on site, each employee can be equipped to fight fire

Makes technical, non-substantive language updates throughout the existing forestry fire safety provisions
