Extends the sunset date for pesticide worker medical supervision and cholinesterase testing requirements from January 1, 2027 to January 1, 2029

Maintains requirement that employers with employees who regularly handle pesticides must contract with a medical supervisor registered with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA)

Continues laboratory reporting requirements for cholinesterase tests to the Department of Pesticide Regulation on at least a monthly basis, including test results, patient information, and medical supervisor details

Preserves requirement that medical supervisors provide test results and recommendations to workers and employers within 14 days, and report cholinesterase depression indicating pesticide exposure to local health officers within 24 hours

All reported information remains confidential but may be shared between OEHHA, Department of Pesticide Regulation, State Department of Public Health, county agricultural commissioners, and local health officers for surveillance and investigation purposes
