Maintains the alternative 30-calendar-day deadline for filing a guardianship petition after the child's hospital discharge, with whichever deadline comes first applying

Applies specifically to cases where peace officers are prohibited from taking newborns into temporary custody without a warrant when proper adoption documentation has been completed at the hospital

Makes technical, non-substantive language changes (replacing "he or she" with "the attorney" and "where" with "in which")
