Renames the Transgender, Gender Nonconforming, and Intersex Wellness and Equity Fund to the Two-Spirit, Transgender, Gender Nonconforming, and Intersex (2TGI) Wellness and Equity Fund, administered by the State Department of Public Health

Expands grant eligibility to include three new purposes: workforce development training for 2TGI individuals, resettlement and social integration programs for 2TGI asylees and immigrants, and diversion programs and outreach for transitional-age 2TGI youth (ages 16-26)

Allows organizations serving tribal populations to receive grants if they apply in partnership with a 2TGI-serving organization

Expands the definition of "health care" to explicitly include mental health services, in addition to existing coverage of medical care, behavioral health, spiritual care, therapeutic arts programs, substance use services, and supportive housing

Defines "Two-Spirit" as a term referring to unique Indigenous cultural roles intersecting with diverse sexual orientations and gender embodiments, with legislative findings acknowledging the term's origin at the 1990 Third Annual Intertribal Native American/First Nations Gay and Lesbian Conference
