Mandates the website include sexual and reproductive health information previously available on federal websites, such as evidence-based clinical guidelines, research data, and educational materials

Requires the partnering organization to form and consult with two workgroups: a stakeholder workgroup (including state agencies, providers, and advocates) and a community workgroup (including youth and representatives from communities facing healthcare barriers)

Increases the website review and update frequency from every 6 months to every 3 months to ensure information remains current and accurate

Requires the department to conduct public awareness campaigns and submit annual reports to the Legislature on the website's reach and impact, including total unique visits and other metrics
