Extends the operation of the Podiatric Medical Board of California and the Physician Assistant Board until January 1, 2030 (from the previous expiration date of January 1, 2026)

Increases the maximum number of physician assistants a physician and surgeon may supervise at one time from 4 to 8

Raises the biennial renewal fee for podiatrists from $1,318 to $1,900, and increases various physician assistant fees including the application fee from $25 to $60 and delinquency fee from $25 to $75

Adds "podiatric surgeon" to protected title terms and establishes that podiatrists shall not be classified as ancillary providers or allied health professionals in any health care setting or insurance reimbursement structure

Removes the requirement that podiatric medicine license applicants must have passed qualifying examinations within the past 10 years for credentialing-based licensure
