Prohibits businesses, service providers, and contractors from selling or sharing sensitive personal information to third parties under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

Removes the requirement for businesses to disclose whether sensitive personal information is sold or shared at the point of collection, since such sales/sharing would be banned

Strengthens restrictions on service providers and contractors by changing permissive "may not" language to mandatory "shall not" regarding use of sensitive personal information beyond authorized purposes

Maintains consumers' existing right to direct businesses to limit use of their sensitive personal information to only what is necessary to perform requested services or goods

Declares the bill furthers the purposes and intent of the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (Proposition 24)
