Officials must complete three components for eligibility: statewide standardized background screening, documentation of rules tests/training modules/sport-specific certifications/continuing education, and proof of liability insurance coverage

CIF must verify all platform components are complete before marking an official as eligible to receive officiating assignments

Only officials verified as eligible through the platform may be assigned to CIF contests by assignors or officiating associations

Member schools, school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools must have platform access to verify official eligibility, but cannot view sensitive information within individual components
