Authorizes Amador County's board of supervisors to consolidate the offices of Auditor-Controller and Treasurer-Tax Collector into a single elected office of Auditor-Controller-Treasurer-Tax Collector

Consolidation may only occur when a vacancy arises in either the Auditor-Controller or Treasurer-Tax Collector position

Adds Amador County to an existing list of counties (Lake, Mendocino, Santa Cruz, Sonoma, Trinity, and Tulare) already permitted to consolidate these offices

Declared an urgency statute requiring a 2/3 vote, taking effect immediately to protect the fiscal health of Amador County

Contains no appropriation and has no fiscal committee or local program impact
