Existing law already mandates quarterly reports on granular chlorpyrifos use (in pounds and by location), exposure monitoring, and year-over-year usage changes to six legislative committees and the Office of the Surgeon General

Reports have been required since the first quarter of 2021 and are due 60 days after each quarter ends

Bill requires a majority vote, involves fiscal committee review, and does not require an appropriation or create a local program mandate
