Authorizes the department to seek and spend public or private funding and to contract with health agencies, county health departments, or nonprofit associations for data collection

Mandates the department to analyze available data, publish reports on its website, and maintain a public listing of agencies offering services to individuals affected by epilepsy, including Medi-Cal and regional centers
