Expands authorized expenditures from county fish and wildlife propagation funds to include costs incurred by county sheriffs for investigating, issuing citations, or making arrests for civil or criminal fish and wildlife violations

Adds wildlife coexistence programs as an eligible expenditure category, covering education, public outreach, engagement, and nonlethal measures to prevent human-wildlife conflict

Removes previously proposed language that would have allowed fund expenditures for county land use planning, design, and construction to mitigate environmental impacts to fish or wildlife species

Maintains existing authorized uses including public education, wildlife habitat improvement, hatchery operations, and prosecution costs for fish and wildlife violations

Requires no appropriation and has no fiscal impact on state funds; passes with majority vote
