Requires the Department of Managed Health Care to maintain a public website displaying information for each licensed pharmacy benefit manager, including legal name, license number, license status, initial licensure date, and license expiration date

Applies to pharmacy benefit managers that must obtain licensure from the department on or after January 1, 2027, or when the department establishes the licensure process, whichever is later

Implementation must use existing department resources; the requirement becomes operative only upon appropriation of sufficient funds in the Budget Act if additional resources are needed

Adds Section 1385.007 to the Health and Safety Code under regulations related to the Knox-Keene Health Care Service Plan Act of 1975
