Extends indefinitely the authorization for public transit operators statewide to use automated forward-facing cameras on transit vehicles to enforce parking violations in transit-only lanes and at transit stops (previously set to expire January 1, 2027)

Requires public transit operators to issue warning notices for 60 days before issuing actual violations when implementing video imaging enforcement for any violation type not previously enforced using this method

Mandates that a designated employee review video recordings and issue violation notices to registered vehicle owners within 15 calendar days of the violation occurring

Requires transit operators implementing new automated enforcement systems after January 1, 2027 to submit evaluation reports to the Legislature on effectiveness, privacy impact, costs, and revenue through January 1, 2031

Maintains confidentiality protections for video records, requiring destruction within 15 days if no violation is captured, or within 6 months of capture or 60 days after final case disposition for violation evidence
