Requires children's diaper manufacturers to disclose all intentionally added ingredients, their Chemical Abstract Service (CAS) numbers, and the function/purpose of each ingredient on their websites by January 1, 2028

Mandates that by January 1, 2029, all children's diaper packaging must include a list of intentionally added ingredients and a website address linking to full disclosure information

Defines "intentionally added ingredients" as chemicals deliberately added that have a functional or technical effect in the product, including component chemicals and breakdown products

Prohibits the sale, distribution, or manufacture of children's diapers in California that do not comply with these disclosure requirements
