Establishes the Credentialed Educator Apprenticeships Act, creating a framework for paid apprenticeship pathways to teacher credentials in California

Requires the Commission on Teacher Credentialing and Division of Apprenticeship Standards to partner on approving, disseminating, and monitoring credentialed educator apprenticeship programs

Mandates at least 300 hours of paid on-the-job training before an educator apprentice can serve as educator of record, plus at least 200 hours of support, mentoring, and supervision per school year

Authorizes the Commission to issue apprenticeship certificates or permits to educator candidates without credentials who are employed by local educational agencies and participating in commission-approved programs

Requires apprenticeship programs to partner with accredited educator preparation programs and requires apprentices to earn a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited institution before serving as educator of record
