Amends California Education Code Section 66281.8 to expand support options for students involved in sexual harassment complaints at postsecondary institutions receiving state financial assistance.

Allows each student party in a sexual harassment grievance process to have both a support person and an adviser of their choice present, rather than the current requirement of only one support person or adviser.

Applies to all stages of the complaint process, including reporting, investigation, hearing, sanctioning, and any informal resolution.

Imposes new duties on community college districts, creating a state-mandated local program that may require state reimbursement for implementation costs.
