Mandates local educational agencies with websites to post and annually update the secure firearm storage notification on their internet websites, with the Department of Education providing formatting and content options by July 1, 2027

Requires the Department of Education's best practices for school shooter or armed assailant drills to include a recommendation to distribute the Secure Firearm Storage Notice when providing advance drill notifications to parents

Directs the Superintendent of Public Instruction to include the Secure Firearm Storage Notification in notices sent to middle schools, junior high schools, and high schools about suicide prevention training as an example of reducing access to lethal means

Encourages local educational agencies to adopt policies providing the firearm storage notification to parents when issuing disciplinary notices related to threats against other pupils or threats of self-harm
