Exempts 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations from paying the $75 filing fees required under California's Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) when filing notices of alleged Labor Code violations or responding to such notices

Adds nonprofits to the category of employers eligible for the PAGA cure process, previously limited to employers with fewer than 100 employees, allowing them to submit confidential proposals to cure alleged violations within 33 days of receiving notice

Maintains existing fee waiver provisions under Government Code Sections 68632 and 68633 for other qualifying individuals or entities

Applies to PAGA claims involving both violations listed in Labor Code Section 2699.5 and other Labor Code provisions not specifically listed
