Defines "digitally altered image" as photos modified using editing software or AI to add, remove, or change elements such as fixtures, furniture, flooring, views, landscaping, or neighboring properties

Excludes basic photo adjustments like lighting, color correction, cropping, and exposure from the disclosure requirement

Makes violations by licensed real estate brokers or salespersons a violation of the Real Estate Law, which carries criminal penalties for willful violations
