Mandates that online and delivery sellers verify purchaser age through government-sourced databases and require adult signature with photo ID upon delivery

Establishes civil penalties of up to $1,000 per violation, enforceable by the Attorney General, district attorneys, county counsel, or city attorneys through civil action or injunction

Defines covered products as those labeled, marketed, or represented for weight loss or muscle building, including those containing steroids, creatine, green tea extract, raspberry ketone, garcinia cambogia, or green coffee bean extract
