Establishes the Wildfire Mitigation Aging and Disability Grant Program administered by the California Department of Aging to help seniors (65+) and individuals with disabilities protect their homes from wildfires

Eligibility requires applicants to own or lawfully occupy the property as their primary residence, and the property must be located in a moderate, high, or very high fire hazard severity zone per CalFire maps

Grant funding covers hiring contractors for wildfire mitigation activities including vegetation management, defensible space creation, tree trimming/removal, debris clearing from roofs and gutters, and installation of ember-resistant vents

Applications must include proof of age or disability status, property wildfire risk designation, description of proposed mitigation measures, and proof of financial need

Program implementation is contingent upon a legislative appropriation for funding
