Increases the monthly income limit for accounting exemptions from $2,000 to $3,200 (excluding public benefit payments)

Courts may exempt guardians and conservators from filing required estate accountings when both thresholds are met and all income was spent for the ward's or conservatee's benefit

Wards, conservatees, or interested persons retain the right to petition the court to require accountings even when exemptions apply
