Specifies peer specialist functions including member outreach and engagement, supporting recovery goals, assisting with care planning and transitions, and providing trauma-informed support

Allows ECM providers flexibility in meeting the requirement through employment, contracting, shared staffing, or partnerships with community-based organizations
