Requires pupils who engage in repeated cyberbullying or are suspended for cyberbullying, along with their parent or guardian, to participate in rehabilitative cyberbullying education, counseling, or training programs

Directs the State Department of Education to develop cyberbullying education, counseling, and training resources for local educational agencies to access

Mandates local educational agencies report to the department the names of pupils and parents/guardians required to participate in the program and whether they completed it

Authorizes the department to issue notices of noncompliance to parents/guardians who fail to complete the required program, followed by citations and fines for continued noncompliance

This is currently an intent bill stating the Legislature's intent to enact future legislation implementing these provisions
