Requires the Department of Housing and Community Development to accept electronically executed signatures on documents releasing or satisfying security interests on mobilehomes, manufactured homes, and related housing by January 1, 2028

Prohibits the department from requiring original "wet" signatures to release a legal owner's security interest on these properties

Electronic signatures must be given the same legal force and effect as original signatures

Applies to manufactured homes, mobilehomes, commercial coaches, truck campers, and floating homes registered with the department
