Prohibits school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools from allowing financial services solicitation on school sites unless representatives follow security measures, provide proof of business affiliation and licensure, and stay out of areas where students are present

Bans representatives from offering inducements (currency, goods, services, or gifts) to school employees before or during solicitation

Requires representatives to disclose their compensation method verbally and in writing at the beginning and end of each solicitation if they receive commission-based pay

Mandates written notice to employees about any similar financial products available through the state or public agencies, including a statement that the representative is not affiliated with government

Prohibits representatives from using graphics, uniforms, or colors that could mislead employees into thinking they represent a different business or government agency, and requires "VENDOR" or "SOLICITATION" in email subject lines
