Mandates the Energy Commission include an assessment of data center electrical load trends in its 2027 integrated energy policy report, including future load projections, peak demand identification, and grid impact mitigation recommendations

Requires the Public Utilities Commission to assess by January 1, 2027, whether electrical corporation costs from new data center loads result in cost shifts to other utility customers, including analysis of procurement costs and new transmission/distribution infrastructure

Protects confidential utility customer information by allowing the Energy Commission to report data center consumption only in aggregate form, preventing disclosure of individual customer data
