Mandates that starting spring 2027-28, the streamlined articulation agreement becomes the only articulation method for community college courses in the common course numbering system

Sets a 70 percent content alignment threshold for establishing course equivalency and includes student protections against losing credits or repeating completed courses

Requires annual public reporting by June 1 on CCN template submissions, reviews, approvals, denials with rationale, and resubmission timelines

Requires each community college and CSU campus to publicly post the name and contact information of their articulation lead on ASSIST.org by June 1 annually
